Our Personal Journey

We started Easy Uni Prep because we’ve been in your shoes. My sister and I, co-founders of Easy Uni Prep, grew up on a council estate, attended state schools, and relied on free school meals. We understand how challenging it can be to navigate the university application process without the right support or resources.

When I applied to Oxford and received an interview offer, I knew mock interview practice would be essential. However, I was shocked by how expensive the services were—£300 for just one hour! I was fortunate to have a brilliant teacher who dedicated his time to run mock interviews with me and provided feedback on my personal statement. That support made an enormous difference. But not every student is that fortunate.

My sister faced similar struggles during her university applications. We realized how unjust it is that so much of your future can depend on the support you happen to have. This realization drove us to create Easy Uni Prep: to share the advice, tips, and tools we wished we had, ensuring that no student is left behind due to their circumstances.
